Biography

Aimee Hartley loves teaching people the benefits of breathing well. From school children, sportspeople, actors, doctors, teachers and CEO's, she is passionate about sharing a variety of techniques to suit the needs of her clients. She is the founder of www.thebreathingroom.co.uk and developed the comprehensive breathwork programme for primary schools www.schoolbreathe.com.
